
Easy Grilled Ribeye Skewers
Deliciously marinated Meatnisters Natural Angus ribeye cubes are grilled with peppers, red onion, and cremini mushrooms in these ribeye shish kabobs. Thanks to Kelly Bejelly for the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1lb Bare Ribeye, cut into 1″ cubes
- 2 bell peppers, cut into squares
- 1 red onion, peeled and cut into squares
- 8 cremini mushrooms with stems removed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1-3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Set aside the cubed ribeye in a glass dish.
- Whisk together marinade and drizzle over the beef.
- The beef can be marinated for up to a day.
- After giving the bamboo sticks an hour to soak, thread three bamboo sticks with the entire marinated ribeye. Put the vegetables on three bamboo sticks and weave them together.
- To cook, pre-heat grill or broiler on high heat.
- Grill or broil kabobs for 8-12 minutes, rotating once halfway through the cooking process.
- Serve immediately after 8 minutes of resting, or thread fresh bamboo sticks with the cooked pork and vegetables
